It has been forever since the last time I have wrote… and
lets just say so much has changed. I do not know where to start! Do I start
with my crazy story in the airport? Or with what is going on in life? I think I
will start with the crazy things I saw in the airport and then move into what
Ms. Alyssa has been up to!
So a couple of days ago I got stuck in the Denver airport
because of a huge snowstorm. Now lets just say, some people are so weird. So here is a list of things that I saw when I
was at the airport…
1.
The biggest most disgusting butt crack from this
big guy… I seriously thought his pants were going to fall off because so much
of it was showing.
2.
I heard the juiciest, longest, and loudest fart
EVER from this guy that was standing two people in front of me in a line. It
was really hard not to laugh!
3.
These dumb teenage boys had a can of tobacco and
one of them threw it to the other guy… who did not catch it. Disgusting,
tobacco was everywhere.
4.
Another set of dumb teenage boys decided to walk
around the airport in their wrestling spandex… I seriously wanted to barf on
that one… too tight in areas I do not want to see.
5.
I guess you could say I was dumb too, since I
was rubbing my hand on a piece of gum that was on an armrest… I thought it was
a screw! But it most definitely was not!
So there you go! That was the adventure I had when I was
stuck in the airport for 19 hours! Got to love life right?
Now to life! Well, lets just say last semester I met a group
of guys from my ward! I was super excited cause I thought I had a new group of
guy friends; one of them was named Adison McClellan. If you told me at the
beginning of the semester that I would become best friends with Adison, fall in
love with him, be engaged to him, and then be marrying him. I would have
laughed in your face. I still remember the night that we finally told each
other that we liked each other… as soon as we both said we like each other the
next thing out of our mouth was “I don’t want to date.” Neither of us wanted to
date and we were fine with it. But we continued to hang out every day and then
couple weeks later we decided we needed to figure out what we were going to do.
After much thought, we decided to become boyfriend and girlfriend. The rest is
history. I don’t know when it happened or how it happened, but I did fall in
love with my best friend and it has been the greatest thing. I thought life was
awesome and I loved my life and where I was going and what I was doing. But
ever since I knew I was going to be marrying Adison, it is crazy, cause when I
thought I couldn’t be happier or life couldn’t get better, I was wrong. Cause
it is better! So on August 10, 2013 in the Oklahoma City Temple, I will be
marrying my best friend.
The adventures at BYU-I DO are about to change. I’m excited
though. The next chapter is about to happen. I am going to try to update you
more on the adventures of life and not so much the embarrassing moments of my
life. Because I do not get as many of those any more, but I am excited to see
what my last semester of being in a girl’s apartment brings. Especially since
Janae, Autumn, and I are all starting different chapters and ways of life after
this coming semester. I feel like life can not get better than this... so, let the good times roll!
